    Fine dining at it's best. Unrushed service, little amuse bouches between courses, and sauces which delight and go on pleasing in memory. This is an extremely acomplished chef at the peak of his game. 4 years at the CIA were not wasted on him. A jewel! Stephen Schacht Out of Hand
